A ritual worth showing up for, side by side. And we built it outside, in the weather, on purpose: the belief that the outdoors, in every season and all weather, is where you actually feel better. — Sauna — three large LIT METHOD saunas, each its own temperature up to 220°F, so you find the heat that's right for you. Thermo Aspen wood inside, aerospace-grade aluminum outside — the first of its kind, dual heat with medical-grade red light and a traditional HUUM stone heater built into every one.

— Cold Plunge — stainless steel, chemical-free, as low as 37°F, with varying temps so you can find the right cold for what your body needs.

— Red Light Therapy Lounge — six private and shared indoor lounge spaces.

— Salt Cave — temperature-controlled, Halogenerator-powered Himalayan salt, indoor quiet relaxation.
